Statement of intent

At Indra Clinic we are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and professional environment for both patients and staff. We have a zero tolerance approach to abuse or inappropriate behaviour.

Unacceptable behaviour includes:

• Verbal abuse, swearing, threats or intimidation.

• Aggressive or violent behaviour, whether physical or verbal.

• Harassment, bullying, or discriminatory remarks (racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, etc.).

• Misuse, diversion, or attempted resale of prescribed medications.

• Fraudulent behaviour (e.g. providing false medical history).

Consequences:

• We may withdraw treatment and services if this policy is breached.

• Serious incidents may result in immediate termination of care, reporting to law enforcement, and referral to regulators.

• Staff have the right to terminate a consultation immediately if they feel unsafe.

We will always treat patients with courtesy and respect, and expect the same in return.
