Additional records may be requested if you have a history of mental health treatment, previous neurodiversity assessments or ADHD medication. This may alter your assessment before your appointment.

Your Assessment
60 minute video consultation with a Consultant Psychiatrist
We explore your symptoms, history and how they impact your life
We assess ADHD and any co-existing conditions
We review your forms and medical history
Outcome
A clear diagnosis (if appropriate) and a personalised treatment plan.
Longer appointments may be required for more clinically complex presentations, including a history of mental health conditions.

Your case is reviewed by our ADHD team
Prescribing Pharmacist safety review (medication)
Wider MDT input if needed (e.g. complexity or CBPM consideration)
We confirm the safest and most appropriate treatment plan

ADHD Report Letter with diagnosis and recommendations

Prescription (if applicable) and invoice
Timelines may vary depending on clinical complexity, additional information requests and MDT involvement if required.
*Three follow-ups via video with our Prescribing Pharmacist (15 mins each)
Dose titration, medication reviews, side-effect monitoring and escalation if needed.
